Can I purchase an item on lay-buy?

Yes! We offer Laybuy on our website for customers convenience.

Can I make a purchase online, but come and collect the goods from your store?

Absolutely! When you checkout on our website, you can select whether you'd like your order sent to you, or if you'd like to come and see us to pick it up from our shop in Whangamata. 

We love meeting our customers and seeing their joy as they possession of the items we truly fall in love with. 

My purchase is a gift, do you gift wrap? And write in a card?

Of course we can! When you checkout make sure you select the option that your order is a gift, then let us know in the additional notes that you'd like the order gift wrapped. We also have cards available, at no extra cost, and are happy to write your message in a card and include it. If you'd like this please pop the note you'd like written in the card in the additional notes box as well. 

Leave us to take care of the rest. We'll make sure it's beautiful and the recipient feels special when they receive it. 

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes, we have gift vouchers available in both our online and physical shops.

My order has arrived, but it's damaged. What now?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.

When is your shop open?

During winter (April - September), our shop is open Friday to Sunday 10.00am - 2.00pm. We can open at other times by appointment.
